Refund and Replacements

If you are looking to return or exchange your purchase for any reason, we are here to help. Our Refund and Replacement Policy is outlined below:

1.  Faulty products - If any product you have purchased from us is faulty (ie. expired, wrong products or flavour sent out etc.) we will happily cover the return shipping and replace this with a new product or provide a refund. Should you find your product to be faulty, please contact us within 7 days using the contact form.

2.  Non-faulty products - We do not provide exchanges or refunds for change-of-mind purchases due to the consumable nature of our products. Refunds and replacements will only be administered should the products be faulty or incorrect.
